I am a UX Researcher and ResearchOps specialist based in the Washington metropolitan area.
I value creativity and all-things design, especially ones that connect with people. I’m passionate about crafting design guidance grounded in human-centered insights for my collaborators, all the while achieving product objectives and goals.
I’m also an amateur musician, doodler, photography hobbyist, and a proud first-generation Korean American.

Co-created and taught highly acknowledged undergraduate level seminar course on Equity and Inclusion in Computing Innovations, a deliverable as a Cultural Competence in Computing (3C) Fellow for Duke University’s Alliance for Identity Inclusive Computing Education.
Provided students an opportunity to explore and reflect on the impacts, social implications, and accountability of computing innovations.
